Fractional technology
Small laser fractions emitted on the skin create fractional thermal lesions between which the skin remains undamaged, thus achieving rapid skin renewal without negative long-term side effects.
The laser has an ablative and non-ablative character.
Thermal damage to the epidermis causes peeling of the skin surface, while thermal damage to the dermis results in the production of collagen and elastin.
The double effect results in complete renewal of the skin.
The laser fractions are absorbed through the water in the skin, which results in the evaporation of the skin and the formation of small microablative columns. Water is heated to the boiling point and causes water molecules to vaporize (ablation).
As soon as the skin is ablated, the necrotic reaction induces an immediate contraction of collagen.
The generated heat creates a coagulation zone
and initiates a healing reaction and denatures collagen, which causes contraction or tightening of the skin.
